oci_set_client_info — Sets the client information

說明

oci_set_client_info(resource $connection, string $client_info): bool

Sets the client information for Oracle tracing.

The client information is registered with the database when the next 'round-trip' from PHP to the database occurs, typically when an SQL statement is executed.

The client information can subsequently be queried from database administration views such as V$SESSION.

The value may be retained across persistent connections.

client_info

User chosen string up to 64 bytes long.

注意: Oracle 版本需求

小技巧

性能

使用舊版的 OCI8 或 ORACLE 數(shù)據(jù)庫，可使用 Oracle DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO 包來設(shè)置客戶端信息。這比使用 oci_set_client_info() 較低效。

警告

Roundtrip Gotcha

一些 OCI8 函數(shù)會(huì)導(dǎo)致 Roundtrips. 對數(shù)據(jù)庫來說當(dāng)啟用結(jié)果緩存時(shí)，查詢可能不產(chǎn)生 Roundtrips。
