Writes a full namespaced element tag.

參數(shù)

xmlwriter

僅用于過程調(diào)用。被修改的 XMLWriter 實(shí)例對(duì)象。此資源來(lái)自于對(duì) xmlwriter_open_uri() 或 xmlwriter_open_memory() 的調(diào)用。

prefix

The namespace prefix. If prefix is null, the namespace will be omitted.

name

The element name.

namespace

The namespace URI. If namespace is null, the namespace declaration will be omitted.

content

The element contents.

返回值

成功時(shí)返回 true， 或者在失敗時(shí)返回 false。
